The staff were helpful and friendly, what i expected.
I was disappointed in my room. The room itself and general decor seem old and in need of a refresh. The place lacks the elegance described on their website. I think the description set my expectations too high.

shore proximity comfortable room tv fridge complete bathroom
the hotel location felt very close to the shore. i really liked our room with a tv, a fridge, and sofa. the bedroom also had a tv, a perfect setup. the bathroom includes everything we needed, such small comforts.
i noticed the rooms look a little tired, but they were very clean. this is hardly a fault, but worth mentioning.

the staff at reception were helpful and friendly. they are very approachable. easy check-in also ensured our arrival began smoothly and kinda. these details really added to the experience.
